Take one softgel daily with breakfast. If you experience morning sickness during pregnancy, take it with lunch or, if needed, in the evening.
Avoid if you are hypersensitive to any of the formula’s components.
Not recommended for patients with kidney problems, iron accumulation in the body, high calcium, or high calcium in the urine.
Occasionally, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain or discomfort, and hypersensitivity to some formula components may occur.
Due to its iron content, this product may darken stools.
